Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new public share
2. Open it with another browser
3. The accept button often is disabled even if there is no scrollbar and all the text was shown/read

Expected behaviour

The accept button should be clickable

Actual behaviour

The accept button is disabled

Server configuration

Web server: Apache

Database: PostgreSQL

PHP version: 8.3

Nextcloud version: 31.0.4

Browser

Browser name: All of them

thank you for reporting this bug. I think its a problem with the scrolling. The button is activated when the scroll reaches the end, and looks like when text doesnt have a scroll because its not long enough, the button stays disabled. I will have a look.

Hi again, since we are unable to reproduce this issue, can you please send us the web console logs when the modal is shown? Also, can you please try to open in a different screen size, or try to zoom in and out to see if theres any size that would acivate the button

I ran into the same problem as kzar79; it has to do with the dimensions of the button.

When you style the button with width = 127% (could be different for other languages than german) or use overflow: scroll on the modal the problems go away and the button is not disabled after scrolling to the end of the page.

Since these are ugly "fixes" I've dug a little deeper:
Using the following JavaScript (e.g. for use in the JavaScript loader) the class "button-vue" is removed which also fixes the problem while not looking nearly as bad.
document.getElementById("terms_of_service_content").querySelector("button").classList.remove("button-vue")

You should be able to reproduce the default behaviour using the following settings (Windows + Chrome):
System > Screen > Zoom: 125%
Chrome zoom 90-100%
or Chrome zoom 150% with DevTools open (window.innerWidth: 542 - 588)

Because this is from my Nextcloud instance at work, unfortunately I won't be able to provide you with any console outputs.
