Eight CPU augmentations are batchgeneratorsv2 classes registered as they come, so their __init__ signatures are what smauglab/configs/all_augmentations.json records and what `smauglab matrix --check` compares the checked-in file against. 0.3.6 changed SpatialTransform: bg_style_seg_sampling flipped from True to False and a keyword-only seg_tiebreak was added. That alone made the shipped template stale, so all five test jobs failed on PR #132, a README-only change. Capping instead of regenerating keeps the template matching the version the paper configs were produced against. Training behaviour is unaffected either way -- nnUNetTrainerTest passes bg_style_seg_sampling=False explicitly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
