These changes:

  • Stop mentioning JSR (aside from a CHANGELOG note that we no longer publish there) and stop doing work to support it
  • Rationalise the release process, eliminating the preversion, version and postversion scripts in favour of a single tag-release script.
  • Minor- or patch-update a few dependencies.
