WG meeting discussion 9/3/26:

1. Paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/2310.10537 on feasibility
2. Should we blanket accept fp6 or stay specific to mxfp6? AMD to decide and come back.
3. Also update https://github.com/mlcommons/logging/blob/master/mlperf_logging/compliance_checker/training_6.1.0/common.yaml#L147-L161
4. Also review additional training techniques in the numerical formats section and make sure it covers what is needed
