Pull request overview

Updates the GitHub Actions CI workflow to use a newer Intel SDE tarball (and corresponding download mirror path) to mitigate recent CI failures when fetching the SDE artifact.

Changes:

  • Bump SDE_VERSION from sde-external-10.7.0-2026-02-18-lin to sde-external-10.8.0-2026-03-15-lin.
  • Update the Intel downloadmirror.intel.com numeric path used to download the SDE tarball in both SDE-related jobs.
