Add extensible ignored-file list and snapshot watched dirs (name+size+mtime, incl. Hidden) so onDirectoryChanged can diff added/removed/modified files. Normalize dir keys with QDir::cleanPath to avoid C:/ vs C:\ misses. Drop directoryChanged/pathsChanged when delta is only ignored files; real .js/.mjs changes and new extension dirs still reset the script engine.
