Summary
Switches the authentication token used during automated PR creation from the default
secrets.GITHUB_TOKENto a Personal Access Token (secrets.PAT_TOKEN).Problem
PRs created using the default
GITHUB_TOKENautomatically trigger GitHub's security restriction, causing downstream CI/CD workflows to pause and wait for manual approval ("Approve and run"). This prevented the auto-merge pipeline from executing automatically.
