This PR updates the Aurora Shell extension for GNOME 51 and refactors the Meeting Clock into Calendar Reminders, with native Evolution Data Server integration, updated UI behavior, documentation, translations, and test coverage. It also adapts affected modules to GNOME 51 APIs and removes obsolete compatibility code.
