This change adjusts the dock stacking while application popups are open so Wayland context menus remain above the dock, then restores the dock to its normal Shell layer when the popup closes. It also preserves workspace-switch animations and adds coverage for synthetic popup types and a real Wayland popup. Fixes #123.
