CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md are byte-identical except that AGENTS.md is missing the 'CRITICAL Safety Rules' section warning that RUNPOD_API_KEY reaches every pod on the account. Agents that read AGENTS.md rather than CLAUDE.md never see it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md are byte-identical except that AGENTS.md is missing the "CRITICAL Safety Rules" section on RUNPOD_API_KEY reaching every pod on the account. Agents reading AGENTS.md rather than CLAUDE.md never see the warning about mass-terminating pods.
This copies the section across. Another way to do this is making AGENTS.md a symlink to CLAUDE.md and would prevent the drift recurring.
