Description

This PR fixes a bug where the COPY command for libmysqlclient.so in the 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5 apache and fpm Dockerfiles used an incorrect library path. The original glob pattern /usr/lib/*-linux-gnu/libmysqlclient.so* is for Debian multiarch systems, but the base MySQL images (mysql:8.0, mysql:8.4) are Oracle Linux-based, which store 64-bit libraries in /usr/lib64/.

The fix updates the glob pattern to /usr/lib64/libmysqlclient.so* to correctly locate and copy the necessary MySQL client shared libraries, preventing potential build failures or runtime issues due to missing dependencies.
