Selected 320kbps Audio quality but the files are 164kbps

Hello, I have a Spotify premium account and despite setting it to 320kbps I never get more than 164kbps. Why doesn't this work?

Same here, tested with songs tagged for 320kb

v 1.12 may not correctly persist slash save the media bitrate settings. See related post: #516 (comment)

v 1.10 did this correctly, @jwallet may help to pinpoint where the breaking change happened.

How to reproduce:

• clear all settings manually or with the script file
• open v1.12
• open the resulting user.config
• change settings in GUI of v1.12
• observe that the bitrate setting is not actually written to the config on the filesystem

Can confirm, #516 (comment) solves this.
For those who rather not read:

1. Open the config file that appears in the source folder
2. Edit the settings_media_bitrate_quality setting and make it 1003

</setting>

4. Save and restart the app
   It should say "INSANE"

Bit rates should now say 320 kbps and file size should double:
