Building fails in Bash terminal on Windows

Problems arise when running pnpm build and pnpm watch (on the demo server) because of:

• Apostrophes (') in commands. For example, I had to change:
  • pnpm run --filter '@journeyapps-labs/lib-reactor-builder' build to pnpm run --filter @journeyapps-labs/lib-reactor-builder build in package.json
  • nodemon --watch src --ext ts --ignore dist --exec 'pnpm start' to nodemon --watch src --ext ts --ignore dist --exec \"pnpm start\" in demo/server/package.json
• Use of relative paths. I had to change:
  • ./node_modules/.bin/tsc --build to tsc --build tsconfig.json in package.json
  • ../../node_modules/.bin/tsc to tsc -p tsconfig.json in libs/lib-reactor-builder/package.json
