Add optional analog joystick RPC and restartable game-port state - #67

Six game-port tests pass on CPython and PyPy, including fresh-process CPU I/O continuation with and without UART; 44 related codec/archive/install/RPC tests plus15 subtests pass. Default hardware remains unchanged. Physical XT timing and live Pyro controls remain unproven; review/CI integration WIP.
22 RPC/documentation tests and13 subtests pass after the existing inventory test rejected the order mismatch; no device behavior change.
…match Seven tests pass on CPython and PyPy. Both missing/present card mismatches refuse before disk creation or live mutation; successful production install retains the object used by RPC. No runtime source changes.
Parent TCP probe observes EFh/EEh/E0h via guest OUT/IN201h; production snapshot installation restores axes/buttons mid-charge. Review boundaries are addressed by live proof and two card mismatch controls. No runtime source changes.

Optional --game-port attaches two analog two-button joysticks at201h. Shared input.joystick/state supports atomic paused updates without advancing CPU clocks. Version4 bundles retain charge state; default hardware and older layouts remain unchanged. Six tests pass on CPython and PyPy including fresh-process CPU I/O continuation with/without UART; 44 related tests plus15 subtests pass. Independent review and wire/Pyro proof remain WIP. Physical XT timing is not established.
