Changes

  • Replaced hardcoded /home/rizzo with os.path.expanduser('~')
  • Now works for any user, not just 'rizzo'

Verification

  • python3 -m py_compile potfilesorter.py ✅ Syntax OK

Summary by Sourcery

Bug Fixes:

  • Use the current user’s home directory for Wi-Fi and potfile sources instead of a user-specific hardcoded path.

- Replaced hardcoded '/home/rizzo' with os.path.expanduser('~')
- Now works for any user, not just 'rizzo'

Reviewer's guide (collapsed on small PRs)

Reviewer's Guide

The PR removes the hardcoded /home/rizzo dependency by resolving the runtime user’s home directory and composing all three user-owned input paths dynamically, allowing the script to run for different users without changing its path configuration.

File-Level Changes

Change Details Files
Derive user-specific source paths from the current user’s home directory instead of a fixed account path.
  • Resolve the home directory with os.path.expanduser("~").
  • Build the potfile and Wi-Fi configuration paths using os.path.join().
  • Keep backup, temporary, download, and system configuration paths unchanged.
