Update CI workflows for current GitHub runners - #323

Ubuntu 24.04 runners no longer provide Python 3.7, and setup-python v1 can no longer install Python 3.9, so those jobs failed before running any checks. Drop 3.7, test up to Python 3.14 (run pytest on 3.14 too), and move to checkout v4 and setup-python v5. kodi-addon-checker now rejects any add-on targeting Python 2 on the leia branch, so only Matrix is checked; the PyPy 2.7 job still covers Python 2 compatibility. CI currently fails for every PR before any checks run (see #322):

ci.yml: drop Python 3.7 and test PyPy 2.7 and Python 3.8–3.14, with pytest also running on 3.14. Move toactions/checkout@v4andactions/setup-python@v5.addon-check.yml: move toactions/checkout@v4andactions/setup-python@v5on Python 3.12. The checker now runs for Matrix only. Currentkodi-addon-checker(0.0.36) fails every add-on on the leia branch that targets Python 2 ("Add-ons should target Python 3 and up"), so Leia can't pass. Python 2 compatibility is still covered by the PyPy 2.7 test job.I ran the workflow steps in containers against master before opening this PR:
