Summary

Implements #2641 — shows supported ibm-operator-catalog versions automatically on container login.

Previously users had no way to know which catalog versions the CLI supported without reading source code.

Changes

image/cli/app-root/src/.bashrc

• Added a grep/sed/sort/uniq pipeline that reads supportedCatalogs directly from the installed Python package at container startup
• Arch-agnostic — strips the -<arch> suffix and deduplicates so output is identical regardless of host platform (uname -i returns unknown inside Docker, which broke the original arch-filtered approach)
• Fails silently if the file is missing (|| true guard)

python/tests/unit/install/test_install_catalogs.py (new file)

• 27 unit tests across 4 test classes covering: supportedCatalogs structure, version string format, .bashrc grep/sed pipeline compatibility, and catalog subcommand output logic

Tested against quay.io/ibmmas/cli:23.17.1-pre.2641-startup-screen-catalog-versions:
