Description
Updates the default NVIDIA GPU Operator channel from
v24.3tov26.3in the GitOps function and Tekton pipeline configuration.This aligns the default GPU Operator channel with the changes introduced in ibm-mas/ansible-devops#2402 and mirror configurations in ibm-mas/ansible-devops#2472.
