Make thread PC color configurable

Description

The PC address displayed in the threads window is currently hardcoded to blue.

This change adds a new theme.threads_pc setting and uses it when rendering thread PCs, while preserving blue as the default.

This allows users to configure the thread PC color consistently with other GEF theme elements.

Example:

gef config theme.threads_pc "bold blue"

This changes the color of the PC address displayed for each thread in the threads window to bold blue.
