Adds an integrations catalog page for SDC Agents, the community toolset merged into
google/adk-python-community(PR #106,tools/sdc_agents/).SDC Agents turn SQL, CSV, JSON, and MongoDB sources into validated, self-describing SDC4 data artifacts with structured audit trails, built on the open-standards Semantic Data Charter. The page follows the catalog conventions (frontmatter, Use cases, Prerequisites, Use with agent), and the Python example is composed from the toolset's shipped
