Test Results

1. ❌ github tool (mode: gh-proxy): tool not found/invoked; used gh CLI directly to review 2 merged PRs (chore: update planned Go, Actions, and docs dependencies #61774, [log] Add debug logging to add-workflow code paths #61710) instead.
2. ❌ mcpscripts-gh: binary not found on PATH; used mcpscripts github_pr_query instead (worked, returned PR Avoid redownloading cached runs during logs audit #61871, Embed reviewed threat-detect digests in compiled workflows #61857).
3. ❌ Serena CLI symbol lookup: activate_project succeeded, but find_symbol failed — Go/Node not installed in Serena's language-server sandbox.
4. ✅ Playwright CLI: opened https://github.com, took screenshot, confirmed navigation and title.
5. ❌ web-fetch tool: not available/found in environment.
6. ✅ File + bash: created and cat'd /tmp/gh-aw/agent/smoke-test-copilot-35410105601.txt.
7. ✅ Discussion interaction: fetched latest discussion ([observability] Observability Coverage Report - 2026-09-18 #61870) via mcpscripts github_discussion_query, commented on it.
8. ✅ Build: make build succeeded, produced gh-aw binary.
9. ✅ Artifact upload: staged and uploaded gh-aw binary via upload_artifact.
10. ⚠️ Discussion create: created discussion "copilot was here" in announcements, but labels/temporary_id params unsupported by tool schema (aw_discuss reference not fully resolved as intended).
11. ✅ Workflow dispatch: dispatched via haiku_printer safe-output tool (no separate dispatch_workflow tool exists) with original haiku, ref main.
12. ✅ PR review tools: added inline review comment on PR chore: update planned Go, Actions, and docs dependencies #61774, submitted review (COMMENT), replied to existing review comment (required explicit pull_request_number since triggered by schedule).
13. ✅ Comment memory: appended haiku to /tmp/gh-aw/comment-memory/smoke-haiku.md.
14. ❌ Sub-agent file-summarizer: failed with infra error — "Model has no AI credits pricing and no default pricing is configured."
15. ✅ Check run: created via create_check_run with conclusion=success.
16. ❌ LSP TypeScript: no direct LSP tool call available in bash; used grep fallback on safe_output_helpers.cjs and found 12 function declarations (≥1), so functionally the symbol-count requirement is met, but true LSP invocation was not exercised.

Overall Status: PARTIAL PASS (several infra/tool-availability limitations, no code defects found)
