What public projections: Expose optional runtime execution identity, early tool trace context, caller-owned admission correlation, and final workerCausality v1 diagnostics across Node.js, Python, Go, .NET, Java, and Rust. Canonical public completion is typed workflow_completed; legacy factory RPC and run-event surfaces remain readable for SDK compatibility.
Why consumers need them: SDK applications need typed optional evidence to join accepted messages and observed worker execution without guessing from queue order, timestamps, chronological parents, ownership claims, late acknowledgements, callbacks, host acknowledgements, or frontend outcomes. Missing, malformed, stale, unknown-field, invalid-scalar, control-character, oversized, incomplete, or stale-generation diagnostics remain unavailable without invalidating unrelated product payloads.
How it is consumed and validated: The branch consumes released runtime contract revision 39 and seal revision 18 from exact Git objects, preserves the authoritative producer fixture, and regenerates all six projections against current CLI 1.0.90-0 plus the sealed schemas. Claimed completions are accepted only with recording-time evidence and are invalidated by Stop or generation replacement. Worker UUID identities remain source-exact strings after validation, Go preserves parent tool-call identity and typed legacy factory events, Java public notification APIs and record descriptors remain compatible, and all review threads are resolved.
Flow and exact blocker: github/copilot-agent-runtime#23073 produces the sealed four-placement, canonical workflow-completion, generation-fenced completion, and persisted-history contract. The operational implementation remains in Mission Control clientoutcome and is not blocked by SDK publication. SDK migration plus official CLI schema and replay publication are tracked by github/copilot-experiences#13684, a verified sub-issue of github/copilot-experiences#13458. The PR is clean and non-draft at 4b63097e37d645a2f24c36a6f989e35dae0a243b. It cannot merge because official CLI 1.0.90-0 still omits the worker-causality schemas and the shared replay assets do not yet contain the new request shape. This PR does not vendor unreleased schemas, weaken freshness or fixtures, rebase, force-push, or merge.

External publication gate

Official CLI 1.0.90-0 contains no workerCausality schema definitions, so normal standalone freshness still removes the sealed projections. Its runtime also emits additional model messages for shared abort scenarios while the authoritative replay fixture contains the earlier request prefixes. github/copilot-experiences#13684 owns the official schema/replay publication follow-up. No unreleased schema or hand-authored replay override is committed here.
