Seven files and ninety lines of MainActivity replaced by one ReportOverlay(). The local copy only existed because the library had no Screenshot; 1.4.0 has it, so the picture survives the swap. Brings BUG|IDEA, the callback number and the install id with it, and the Settings row now raises the chip through Feedback.ask() rather than calling the shake handler.
