This flag was fully rolled out to GA in the automator and hasn't been touched since. Default the build-distribution PR comment task to always run and drop the now-unused feature registration. organizations:preprod-build-distribution-pr-comments. This flag has been fully rolled out to GA in the automator (rollout 100 for all orgs, created 2026-02-26) and hasn't been touched since.The build-distribution PR comment task now always runs, and the feature registration is removed.
