Parametrize User-Agent specification so it that always contains the version of the package but does not include generated uuid. This follows the guidance on OSM.
At the same time, this allows for user agent to be set within CONTEXTILY_USER_AGENT env variable, which is useful for example in geopandas CI or for docs building.
Updating expected values from changed tiles along the way.
