Engine 2.5.11 supplies bundled outline substitutes for unembedded Standard 14 native previews. Explain explicit font precedence, runtime capability discovery, preview baseline changes, and the separate engine pins in Node.js/.NET bindings. Link the published release evidence and font provenance.
The introductory-example checker now runs both examples on the fonts page and retains the capability result. The new discovery example returns false on the guide's pinned 2.5.8 runtime and true on 2.5.11.
Validation: all seven active CI jobs passed at this head. Local checks include strict MkDocs, site links, all five introductory PDF examples, and desktop/mobile visual review with no page errors or horizontal overflow. Public Python and Rust 2.5.11 registry checks and the linked GitHub release are complete.
