The agent guide only described exporting a Skill from an installed Python wheel. Add the direct, pinned GitHub CLI installation path and a command to inspect its installed source/version. Explain what the Skill supplies, how it relates to the Python runtime, and how to use the existing wheel export when gh skill is unavailable. Preserve the old section anchor.

Validation: GitHub CLI 2.102.0 found the public Skill, previewed v2.5.1, installed it into an isolated directory, and reported the expected pinned source. All five installed files matched the released wheel's guidance after accounting for GitHub source metadata and Windows line endings. Strict MkDocs build and all 46-page internal link/metadata checks passed.
