Fixes in-page links whose #anchor no longer matches a heading on the published docs (checked against docs.fluentbit.io):

• yaml/service-section.md: #require-fips-mode-with---enable-fips → #require-fips-mode-with-enable-fips
• yaml/service-section.md, classic-mode/configuration-file.md: drop #Scheduling-and-Retries (page title, no such anchor)
• upgrade-notes.md: networking #tcp-keepalive → #connection-keepalive; elasticsearch #faq-underscore → #mapping-type-names-cant-start-with-underscores
• inputs/standard-input.md: key-concepts #event-or-record → #events-or-records
