docs: update redirected links from link checker report

Updates the four links that the October 1 link checker report flagged as redirects, pointing each one at its final destination:

• CONTRIBUTING.md: Microsoft smart quotes article now uses the lowercase en-us/word path.
• pipeline/outputs/gcs.md: workload identity federation link moves to docs.cloud.google.com (matching the BigQuery page, which already uses it).
• pipeline/outputs/prometheus-remote-write.md: coralogix.com/platform/ now redirects to /platform-telemetry-lake/.
• pipeline/parsers/regular-expression.md: the OWASP ReDoS page moved to community.owasp.org.

I checked that each new URL returns 200 directly. I left the three timeouts (gnu.org and asciinema) alone since those pages still exist at the same URLs and the timeouts look transient.
