For this submodule-pointer update, the recorded validation only checks commit ancestry and explicitly provides no screenshot. Repository policy applies to every file modification, including changes without a direct UI surface, and requires running the development environment, exercising the real application, and attaching current screenshots; complete and document those checks before accepting the new pointer.

The submission text adds a warning paragraph beneath the unchecked Human QA passed box, but the repository requires that section to contain only the single checkbox when human verification has not occurred. Remove the warning line while leaving the checkbox unchecked.

packages/ui从7a918e3更新到3865894，引入 felinics/ui#29 的 Tooltip 与内联图标验证约定。该约定是 #1367 的配套规则，本应随 #1367 一起更新 gitlink，合并时遗漏，在此补上。两个提交之间只有 felinics/ui#29 这一个提交。Related Issues
