Maintainer impact

Release notes need to preserve which exact merged PR introduced each pending change so the release gate can verify the correct final head.

Intended invariant

Every pending stable changeset carries its introducing public PR reference.

Change

Link five newly landed changesets to their introducing PRs: #6341, #6398, #6410, #6416, and #6419.

Evidence

  • Release audit: all 20 pending changesets have PR references
  • pnpm check:changesets
  • git diff --check

Scope

  • No intended public API, product behavior, visual direction, or policy change.
  • Product changes discovered during the work were removed or split.
  • Public text and artifacts contain no internal Meta context.
