Metadata-only production closeout — November 1

Record the final after-merge evidence of substantive publication PR #174, squash commit 11ee23a, exact-head Website CI 41333376058 with npm run verify/scope guard, GitGuardian and Cloudflare success; exact-source Publish static site 41333563650 completed 2026-11-01T17:51:56Z; deployed site/.source-sha matches. Built artifact 13093319318 verified independently, SHA-256 c798d474cb1925eb4e9b66c76c2cf8feb528d74d1fc912b06e4f8f8b998ad374, 388 files.

Deployed site branch contains the new canonical TechArticle /blog/what-agentsight-json-snapshot-exports-contain/, one H1, schema metadata, 9-case evidence matrix, Blog card, one sitemap canonical; prior homepage/Product/Security and process EXIT preserved. Independent public web reader cannot fetch the new article and returns an older Blog snapshot, so CDN-level public acceptance remains unverified; no confirmed outage.

Next exact rolling 48h publication deadline is Nov 3 2026 at 09:51:56 PST. Google Drive finalization/backfill human-only blocker remains: 96 unchanged files, newest Oct26; Oct19–25 GA4 organic 12/zero key events, GSC Oct19–24 only 2 clicks/246 impressions, page aggregate 2/263 on distinct basis. No finalized growth claim.

Only two Markdown operating files change: .github/seo-data/daily/2026-11-01.md and status.md. No rendered site, sitemap, GA4 runtime, analytics policy, dependencies, workflow, protected control plane, or schedule changes. No submodule movement. No new deployment acceptance required for this metadata-only closeout, but normal exact-head Website CI, GitGuardian/Cloudflare expected checks, post-CI from-scratch diff review and squash merge remain required. Rollback: main 11ee23a. All recurring AgentSight operations schedules left enabled and unchanged.
