Run flatpak-builder to configure the build environment, download dependencies, build, and install

flatpak-builder build io.elementary.videos.yml --user --install --force-clean --install-deps-from=appcenter --install-deps-from=flathub

Then execute with

flatpak run io.elementary.videos
