Problem
The ZooKeeper provider job includes a failure-diagnostics step which is no longer needed after #11332.
Solution
Remove the dedicated
docker logsanddocker inspectfailure-diagnostics step while preserving the provider test and unconditional container cleanup.Rationale
This keeps the follow-up focused on the obsolete diagnostics and leaves the rest of the ZooKeeper CI flow unchanged.
