Demo: fall back to the sample newsroom when real news is quiet - #33

Conversation
Company newsrooms are often quiet for two days at a time, so the live watchlist part could show 0 screened and nothing else. It now runs the same check on the labelled sample newsroom afterwards, and lists only the checked companies' verdicts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Part 2 of the demo (watches for you) reads the real Meta, Apple and NVIDIA newsrooms. Items older than 48 hours are never screened, and right now the newest are from Sep 22–24. A live demo would show `50 items found, 0 screened` and nothing else.
