Change

• "Give Approvals Keyboard Focus" and its two hint lines move up, under "Presentation Mode". The three toggles that control interruptions are in one group again.
• "Text Size" moves below the focus group. "Launch at Login" keeps its own group under it.
• The focus toggle gets an icon, keyboard when off and keyboard.fill when on, the same as the speaker and eye icons beside it.

Why: #89 and #90 merged separately. After the merge, the focus toggle sat under "Launch at Login", away from the toggles it belongs with.
