This pull request updates the PCU Types API to use a
GETrequest with query parameters instead of aPOSTrequest with a JSON body. Ranmake generate-clientto update the codegen for astra client after making changes to OpenAPIspec.
Changes meant to match spec defined in
cloud-ondemand/orchestratorhttps://github.com/riptano/cloud-ondemand/blob/b1402e580a66220ef67bfe606f76a1a313c5409f/orchestrator/api/swagger-v2.yaml#L215-L255API Endpoint Changes:
