Set execution base directory per subfolder in mkdocs-jupyter

Hello @danielfrg ,

I have the following documentation structure:

docs
   examples
      ds_1
         01.py
         02.py
      ds_2
         01.py
         02.py

Is there a way currently to change the base dir to inside of ds_1 and ds_2 directories so that the relative paths defined in these python scripts can be used? Many thanks in advance!
