SVGs can contain multiple languages, but Imagor currently only outputs the default text elements. It would be great if a new lang() filter could be added, that takes the same values as rsvg's --accept-language option (i.e. "strings formatted like an HTTP Accept-Language header, which is a comma-separated list of BCP47 language tags").
