Users should be able to set them self to "Emergency" state which would make them appear in a different color on the map so medics could discover them.
The change in state should emit an event to trigger a notification on consumer phones who are interested and sign up for them (e.g. medics)
In further iterations users could emit other states as well (like "technical issue" or "computer nerd likes to chat about the Golang")
