Implement reset_cosmic_config to remove ~/.config/cosmic/<app_id>/v1 so COSMIC recreates defaults from /usr/share/cosmic. Add destructive "Reset to defaults" buttons with confirmation dialog on ColorSchemes, Layouts, Dock, Panel and Shortcuts. Include bundled edit-undo icon and clear layouts data when resetting layouts.
Updated CI workflow for Flatpak with new naming and artifact upload changes.

This pull request adds a "Reset to Defaults" feature across several settings pages in the application, allowing users to restore the default configuration for Color Schemes, Layouts, Dock, Panel, and Shortcuts.
