🤖 fix: mutation import graph counts inline type-only imports #7213

Closed

Description

@ThomasK33

The mutation gate's import graph (runtime_specifiers() in scripts/mutate/mutate_report.py, #7148) skips import type {…} but still counts import { type X } from "…", where every named specifier is type-only. That import is erased at run time, so the test is a phantom importer. When the source has more than 10 importers (for example taskHandleStore via src/node/services/workspaceTurnManager.createWorkspaceTurn.test.ts:6), the phantom can take a capped slot from a test that can kill the mutant.

Fix: skip an import or export clause whose named specifiers are all type. Keep a clause with at least one value specifier. Add a test. Source: thread PRRT_kwDOPxxmWM6vRnZX on #7148. Owner: ThomasK33. Trigger: before MUTATION_MODE is set to block. Related: #7186.
