We are Caudex, a group of 4 software development students from Santa Fe, Argentina 🇦🇷.
Our goal is to put into practice the knowledge we’ve gained throughout our studies by building projects that help us grow both technically and personally, strengthening teamwork and problem-solving skills along the way.
At Caudex, we work on projects across different areas of software development:
- 💻 Low-level programming (C, C++)
- 🌐 Fullstack web development
- 🧩 Using modern frameworks and libraries
- 🗄️ Databases
- ⚙️ Operating systems and low-level concepts
- 🧠 Applying software engineering principles
We aim to balance theory and practice, turning what we learn into real-world solutions.
We believe the best way to truly understand something is by applying it in real projects and collaborating as a team.
- 📌 We follow agile methodologies
- 🤝 We value teamwork
- 🔄 We iterate, fail, learn, and improve
- 📈 We focus on continuous growth
A caudex is the base or trunk of a plant, where new growth emerges from.
It reflects our core idea:
building a strong foundation of knowledge from which we can grow and expand as developers.
Our main focus isn’t just the final result, but the process. We treat every project as a chance to learn, experiment, and improve through real-world practice. We aim to understand not just how things work, but why, while also developing key soft skills like communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
We explore both low-level and high-level technologies to build a well-rounded understanding of software. From system-level concepts with languages like C/C++ to modern web development, we focus on choosing the right tools for each project while continuously expanding our skills.
For now, our activity is mainly centered on GitHub. We plan to expand our presence in the future.
Note
This organization is constantly evolving. Projects may be in development, experimentation, or continuous improvement.
