  git checkout ghci/backport/10248-to-2.8 && \
  git reset --hard HEAD^ && \
  git cherry-pick 131640cb00c350d8c20976aa9750f819c4bf47f2 fe7ff1798e4f678b22cd369903135ffa23033b35

Resolve the conflict, then:

git add <file> && \
  git cherry-pick --continue

When all the conflicts are resolved, push the branch:

git push origin HEAD:refs/heads/ghci/backport/10248-to-2.8 --force-with-lease
