Changes
Adds a new "modern" layout, with bokeh/matplotlib backend support.
This layout allows for you to more easily see elements of your choice with specific markers that stand out when compared to the other elements. For example, you might configure this to have all diagnostics appear more prominently.
This is a work-in-progress and the API is likely not what the final version will look like.
There are some facility-specific bits that might need to be generalized before this gets merged.
Feedback/criticisms are welcome, as always.
