Remove "www" from OnRouteBC urls (inside email templates and elsewhere as well)
Add links for "Disclaimer" and "Privacy" inside email templates
Update labels ("Privacy Policy" to "Privacy" and "Terms of Service" to "Disclaimer") in email templates
Remove square brackets surrounding the company name in the email template
