fix: bump Next.js to 15.5.24 for critical CVE (PSIRT-294) - #411

Bump examples/calling-apis/chatbot from next@^15.5.9 to next@^15.5.24 to remediate the Critical (CVSS 9.8) Next.js vulnerability (GHSA-2xp9-vwfh-vxw4). Lockfile must be regenerated with `npm install` before merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
