Update to existing gnmireverse documentation under docs/telemetry/adapters/gnmireverse/

Changes:

  1. removed docs/telemetry/adapters/gnmireverse/index.md as this is outdated, new content added under (2)
  2. Added new doc under docs/telemetry/adapters/gnmi-dial-out/index.md
  3. Added images docs/_media/gnmi-dial-in.png docs/_media/gnmi-dial-out.png docs/_media/gnmi-tunnel.png

Checks:

  1. Verified doc locally using mkdocs serve
  2. precommit checks passed
markdownlint.............................................................Passed
Trim Trailing Whitespace.................................................Passed
Fix End of Files.........................................................Passed
  1. enforced and verified max_line_length 120
