What does this PR do?

  • Adds the Bun 1.4 announcement blog post with build-time benchmarks (Bun 1.4 vs Bun 1.3 vs Node 26, Next.js app with 640 packages, 5 deployments per runtime on Appwrite Cloud)
  • Adds a changelog entry for the release
  • Updates the Functions runtimes docs page: adds bun-1.4, node-26, and dart-3.12 to the Cloud tab, and syncs the all-runtimes tab with missing versions across node, bun, deno, go, python, python-ml, dart, ruby, .NET, java, swift, kotlin, and flutter

Test plan

  • Blog post and changelog entry render locally with cover images
  • All internal links verified against the working tree
  • bun run format and bun run optimize pass clean
