What changed in this PR
This PR expands bRPC’s OSS-Fuzz coverage with a target for the automatic concurrency limiter.
Changes:
- Adds fuzz-driven response errors, latencies, and request concurrency values.
- Registers
fuzz_concurrencyin the CMake and OSS-Fuzz build lists.
